Lillian leads strategy, oversees every client account, and is the driving force behind Star Systems Co. With a background in IT and customer service, and a solo move across the country at 21, she brings a rare mix of technical know-how, creative thinking, and genuine warmth to everything she touches. She also runs her own photography business, which means she gets what it's like to be a service provider wearing all the hats.
When she's not deep in client strategy, you'll find her out on a hiking trail, nose in a book, or being thoroughly outshone by her hedgehog.
MEET KRISTY
Kristy is one of our Virtual Assistants here at Star Systems Co., specializing in branded content creation and Pinterest strategy for creative businesses. With a background in editing, indie publishing, and event coordination alongside experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician and in academic research and teaching she brings a balance of creativity, practicality, and structure to the work she does.
What Kristy enjoys most is taking ideas that feel scattered or overwhelming and turning them into something clear, aligned, and actually working for her clients.
When she’s not building content or refining brand messaging, you’ll likely find her working with her horses, reading or editing stories, or keeping up with a busy household full of kids and animals.
