What kind of clocks do you carry?

All digital clocks are “RaceClocks” made by Electro-Numerics of Temecula, CA. All models are battery operated, weather resistant, & fully self contained. Typically, they will run for up to 10 hours on a single charge. A self contained power cord allows continuous operation (and charging) for longer periods. Mechanical & lighted digit models available in 4 & 9-inch digit sizes, single & double sided.

What kind of stopwatches do you carry?

Printing stopwatches are hand-held, paper tape printers made by “Seiko”.

How do I pick-up or return the equipment?

• Equipment may be picked up (and returned) in Georgetown, MA (Approx. 30 miles north of Boston right off Rt. 95).
• Equipment may also be shipped nationwide via UPS.

When do I pay for the clocks?

Rental fees must be paid in full prior to pick-up or shipment.

When do the clocks need to be returned?

Equipment must be returned by Tuesday following weekend events. Fees based on a per event basis, 2 day maximum. No charge while in transit.

How long will it take to receive my purchased clock?

Delivery is typically 1-2 weeks ARO. Allow one additional week for cross country, ground shipments.

Where will my clock be shipped from?

Clocks will be direct shipped from Electro-Numerics of Temecula, CA. They carry an 18-24 month limited warranty from date of shipment.

Do you repair the clocks?

Yes, Star Systems provides repair services on all models of “RaceClocks” and Chronomix clocks thus often saving freight charges to the manufacturer for minor repairs. We can usually provide loaner clocks, free of charge if needed, during periods of repair.

• Star Systems provides the race day service of placing digital clocks on selected mile points (up to 25 clocks) for Road Races. We handle all aspects of placement, synchronization, & pickup.
• We do not provide finish line timing services.
• We provide custom engineering services for unique applications.
